CURRENT DESPATCH TIMES

Because our products are hand-finished, the time it takes us to despatch a particular order varies according to the amount of work required to finish the product and the numbers of orders being processed.
We are currently despatching most items within 5 days of receiving the order. Items sent as Special Delivery within the UK are normally despatched 3 working days after receiving the order, and should arrive by 1pm the following day (we can't unfortunately offer a 24-hour delivery service). If we anticipate any delay with your order for any reason, we will contact you to check whether you want to go ahead with it. And we will of course let you know once your order has been despatched. |
